Returns, Exchanges & Sizing Policy
All Vintage Artisan products are hand-cut and handmade to order. Due to the artisanal nature of our production process, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Size Adjustments & Exchanges
We understand that sizing can require adjustment. While refunds are not accepted, we are happy to assist with size exchanges, subject to approval and availability.

All size exchanges must be approved in advance

The product must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties

We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item once approved
Final Sale Items
All Made-to-Order, Sale, and “Last Pair” items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To ensure the best possible fit, we highly recommend confirming your size before purchasing.
